I'm afraid I have to agree with the assessment that this announced proposed increase in shares suggests that no deal is immediately in the offing. Otherwise, not likely needed. There is no question that this is disappointing. However, it does not mean that there is to be no deal and no drilling. Just that the timing is not what we all would wish for. Until that does occur, the light bills still need to be paid and this move helps insure that the lights will stay on. It also means that the company is very serious about persisting in all its efforts- and this helps enable this. Of course, it does not mean that 5 billion shares will be soon or hopefully, ever deployed. But it does give the company the flexibility to do what it needs to do. We are accustom to waiting at the LBSR table, and I guess we must wait yet longer. In the end- there is still reason to believe a hearty meal will be served. - Obviously there are many others who agree. Some- including, in small part, me are buying up many tens of millions of shares, knowing that in many ways, we are in a much stronger position than in 2010.
