What is the status of the 100 million share registration? Is the 8 million funding deal with Tangiers still active, if so what is holding back funding draw downs: SEC or what? Are you looking at geochemical activities with the areas of mutual interest claims or are you drilling targets based on ZTEM, etc? Are these new areas of interest phase 1B? I would assume the primary target is still objective number 1. With funding being proportional on these claims are you looking at multiple JVs on property or a staged funding for a phase 1A, 1B type approach? Thank you.
