I am assuming with today's registration withdrawl, your previous comment implied that the 8 million dollar agreement with Tangiers is still active, only you now need to register shares again. Correct? Is Tangiers still on board? I am confused with the areas of mutual interest. Your recent press indicated a new higher number of 9 million for exploration and you implied this was for these ZTEM targets? Will these be drilled with the additional money or is thus money targeted for phase 2? I almost sense the areas of mutual interest is an entirely separate project. Please clarify. How many holes including daughter holes do you anticipate with the 6-9 million dollars and roughly how long do you expect phase 1 to last, 6 months?
