Not sure what you mean by "significant" private placement.

Some weeks ago the company had nearly 250 million shares share left out of what was last authourized by shareholders. Even at current prices, that's enough to keep the lights on for a good while longer, but limits the company's ability take advanage of additional opportunities as they may arise.
