I totally agree, hence my disjointed message for VP a week or so ago. With about 300+ million shares still available for distribution or private placements (as of last filing), it seems that even at current prices, voting for 3 billion would keep the lights on for at least 1.5+ years or until it could be voted on again next year etc.. So its either that they believe the current valuation will last for many years, or they need flexibility to offer stock ownership with a potential partner that might not be able to pony up 2-7 million, but rather a lesser amount with some % ownership in LBSR. It does seem very methodical and quiet recently, and there are enough multi-millionaires attending these presentations, that one would roll the dice eventually. The future copper demand story is very compelling. Been with this company for about 6 years, and finally got my avg. sub-penny today. Thanks to everyone for their very educational and informative posts.
