Any private placements executed require the filing of a SEC Form 8K, which is made public through EDGAR.

"Drill Ready" means we have the plans in place and the land is duly claimed. Permitting on MEPs requires the completion of an expensive vegetation study, or hiring an expert who can explain why that study is unnecessary. Funding will bring drilling.
