Should, should? I don't think so. Terms of any pending deal are often confidential until formally revealed at the time of execution, or near that time under a letter of intent, binding or non-binding. Meanwhile, the buyer, the seller, or both may have reason for others not to know the details around what they are doing.

I understand you want to know more, but you are looking for things that either haven't come about as yet, or at this time are more in the realm of insider information.
