I will also reluctantly vote yes with my millions of shares. But if, hypothetically, I knew that authorizing more shares was allowing the company to turn down a moderately good deal to wait for a better one, I might not be so cooperative. Some things in the world might result in a better deal down the road, like the possible metals supercycle or decreasing metals supplies. But other factors like a possible 2008 repeat could set us back again. I do not want to wait two years for a deal while the outstanding shares increase by millions every week.
