Message: New Board Appointment at TMBXF

VP and others, just a simple question. Having worked in the financial industry for 25 years, is there anything you take from the announcement of not only an annual meeting, but making it a point to say "special meeting" in the same sentence. I have never seen that terminology before when it comes to a normal annual affair. Any hunches, especially with the dramatic share increase vote. And I know that with any quarterly report, if not annual, there is quiet period before earnings are released; I think 10 days if not a little more is the legal boundary. We haven't heard anything of substance, except for "special" in the past few months. Do you think we are in a quiet period right now... Didn't think from my experience, but don't know currently, if that applies to annual meetings or big votes. Thoughts? I'm taking this silence for months (longest since I've been with the company), as a very good sign. Thanks.
