Yeah, in my initial reading I interpreted that second point as that it took another party (funder) to make the suggestion - which I thought was strange as I would have thought it would have come up within the LBSR BOD before. They must have evaluated most if not all of the options available to move forward. But reading through it again, it doesn't exclude that possibility, it must have been my lack of catching some of the nuances in the English language, or a lack of coffee. Either way, I should maybe not even have mentionned it in my post.

As for the meeting being able to provide answers - really wish I would be able to attend. It's a 5500+ miles trip for me though. Unless business happens to take me across the pond around that time, it looks like I'll have to find alternative sources to answer any questions I might have.
