I read the message about not making this meeting visual and broadcasted for financial reasons. Why can't somebody just you-tube it for free, unless there are SEC reasons that I'm not aware of. At least the Q and A segment would be valuable. And I already voted on the proxy.... Why would you vote for a guaranteed 3 year salary, instead of one year at a time. My shares are continually being devauled by dilution (at least 10% each quarter at least). It would be great if my investment value was guaranteed for 3 years by proxy vote. Still a believer, but not enough equity to mean anything to the mother ship.
