A couple of things in response to your post, one is that Big Chunk is not on hold, it's abandoned. No more waiting there.

Next, the "agreement" on NPSP was never completed. It's remained "pending" since announced. This may result from the fact that POU is down over this time.

Hay Mountain has always been pending a partner, so no change there either. What has changed, and in my opinion, is that the company is looking to do smaller deals "pending" a change in market conditions, some of which may well come about from one or more of these smaller deals.
