IKeepKept,

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, especially since you are a shareholder. I wish that you could give your opinion with a little less venom, however. I maintain my view that the very fact of continued existence of LBSR in the current economic and political climate could be called a miracle. Add to that the continued move forward with positive developments, and there is real reason for optimism. I think perhaps your extreme negativity originates from a mistake that so many investors make, and that is expecting instant or near-instant results.

Consider the fact that a person starting a new business generally doesn't make enough to pay themselves a salary for a few years, and that's assuming they stay in business at all. They are usually at their establishment for 60-80 hours a week for that time. All of the revenue from the business goes into payroll for the employees and into building the infrastructure and customer base. Very few startups become overnight success stories. Now, consider the conditions for LBSR, which essentially starts with what I just described and then has added to it a weak part in the Metals/Minerals Supercycle (which should be close to changing if I understand this right) and an administration which is outright hostile to the mining and energy sectors. I have to give great credit to the leadership at LBSR for not only surviving in these conditions, but literall and figuratively laying the groundwork for tremendous growth. I am encouraged by the fact that the leadership has been willing to change their approach based on facts and suggestions and now has a more realistic model that they are transitioning to.

As to your criticism of the increase in authorized shares, what would you have done differently? You have such criticism of the management team, yet you have offered no suggestions. Perhaps you were too busy digging dirt?

If you truly think that LBSR is dead, then it is time for you to sell your shares, get something out of them, and move on. That is reality for someone with the views and anger you seem to have.

Best wishes in your future investments,

Wesley
