No, I don't think so. There was nothing substantive in the "news" from Friday and Monday, and it did not come in the form of an official PR that went out on wire services, meaning dissemination was limited.

For now, the prospects for revenue matter less than partnerships and/or formally announced plans for drilling or trenching/excavating. Those are the sort of events that should - not necessarily will - move the share price.
