Well done, in my opinion, and for the most part very matter-of-fact (and probably over the heads of most retail share buyers). If any of it can be construde as hype or pumping, it would be in the last 2-3 minutes, by which time most retail buyers will have stopped listening. ...reaffirms to me that this later part of the interview is not hype, but logical summation based on very compelling evidence.
