This is a very good sign. I believe this is an expensive permitting requirement, one they hesitated on in previous permitting.... One could surmise they would not have gone to this expense without a clear path to funding for drilling With the increased communication and efforts to educate and inform, confidence is increasing in drilling. Curiosity in "what just might be" is going to drive the interest here from various levels of influence.
