The "world-famous" Rob McEwen is not so much an exploration geologist as a mining developer and financier. TMBXF's Rob McEwen is strickly an exploration geologist by comparison.

Moreover, there is no evidence TMBXF dropped their claims in SE Arizona, and I doubt they would consider that at all, even as a last resort, nor do I think their partner, EurGas, would approve of such a move. They've merely refocused their attentions to prospects west of Phoenix which may more easily, cheaply, and quickly generate cash flow, allowing them them to keep paying their claims fees on lands holdings deep target near Tombstone, AZ (and for which money is not avaibable in the current market).
