What is the issue?

There is hardly any chance of a company coming off the pink sheets without legal action, or a prolonged period of inactivity, and perhaps not even then. Look at neighbor Nord, as an example. They went into receivership and the stock continued to trade for a long while afterwards, even after Exelsior's bid was accepted. [...speaking of which I'm not sure this deal has closed yet.]

Meanwhile, Nord is kaput, out of business, no assets, no active BOD, no nothing! Volume has fallen, of course, and in recent days it doesn't trade at all. I can't find any evidence of it being delisted. Anyone else?
