Thanks for that news. I am very familiar with both of these companies and their histories since each was founded, though I kind'a stopped following them a few years ago.
What a calamity for the largest commodity producer/trader ever. Marc Rich is rolling over in his grave, but he made his money earlier, having become a pardoned criminal (and a "Friend of Bill").
