Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
Leif, thank you very much... That's why I enjoy this board ("those more informed than me"). As soon as I read your post, a bell rang in my head, and what you said sounded very familiar to my late night readings of all the minutia within SEC filings. So I went back to our filings, and indeed 8/5 or 8/6 filing on page 9 states "In this way, Tangiers Investment Group, LLC could sell more than 4.99% of the outstanding common stock in a relatively short time frame while never holding more than 4.99% at one time." And the most recent filing has a maximum selling price of .0034 for those shares if i'm reading it correctly. So once approved by the SEC, I'm purely guessing that we shall see a tremendous increase of volume in Dec/Jan if Tangiers and JB want to maximize that initial credit agreement of 450 million shares and if approved by SEC in early Dec. And on that note, I'm guessing that the share price would be held down by pure dilution under that price until perhaps good news (hopefully) comes out at the end of Jan/early Feb. Please correct me if I'm missing something else. I very much appreciated you reminding me of that tidbit. Makes things a lot better knowing that Tangiers will never have more than 5% voting rights in our stock. Have a great day. Go team.
