The maximum investment amount per notice must be no more than 150% of the average daily trading dollar volume of our common stock for the 10 consecutive trading days immediately prior to date of the applicable put notice and such amount must not exceed an accumulative amount per month of $100,000.

This maximum would allow around 30 million shares a month at a third of a cent per share.
