Whatever is going on, I take it as another good sign! of things to come for us common shareholders. Either initial steps of drilling will be less expensive for the company and we don't need the extra capital, or we have a new or enhanced deal with a partner to do drilling. At the end of the day for us, it means 100 million less shares outstanding potentially diluting yours and my holdings. I think for whatever reason, the only entity that would be bothered would be Tangiers, if they were really looking to flip up to another 340,000 dollars worth of equity on the short term. I don't think they would really care (nor would it matter cause we have the 8 million agreement already in place, and its not their call anymore), cause I'm sure we'll be tapping into our credit line a few more times over the years, and they'll get theirs either way. I'm 95% sure it wouldn't affect the quiet period since we are asking less than the initial request, not more. Again, better for the common shareholder in SEC's eyes. Go team.
