Yes, but since the adjustment was made upon SEC review, we do not expect the Quiet Period to last much longer.

Maybe SEC saw that with the recent share price increase the company didn't need to sell as many shares and they were the ones who lower the # of shares in the offering?

Just guessing, but I think we will know early next week!
