Still no SEC approval of the S-1a, hopefully any day? Hopefully, there will be a PR soon after? It would be grand, if we are updated on the progress during the quite period with further significant positive news released.

Even more grand would be an announcement that Liberty has JV partner for the Hay Mountain project....only time will tell?
