Nice enquiary! The SEC as from my ancient memory will send a letter of acceptance to the representing attorney of LBSR. That attorney will inform JB&BOD of reciept of letter, then in a timely manner for JB&BOD to present any news related and actions taken therin based upon reciept of the letter. Then as a silent term has ended any activities of news worthyness can be presented to shareholders and genpub. It is all a process, and waiting is always a very frustrating time.

Sumations is about all we can best while we sit out the quiet time. This is to me an extremely interesting quiet term which following the "massive amount of geological workover with the HM discovery of the "IRONHATS"/ gossans. Then the rush in announcment that phase1 is declared in PHASE. That ocurence based upon the HM/LBSR statment is very provocative to so many diferent groups of investors, from ANGEL groups to individuals to Corp groups. So of course we are set on edge waiting.

My thoughts are that JB&BOD are likely going to have a clear pathway to drilling no matter what, that there is a move in play that will get the drilling DONE, all 11 + holes, and that those 11+ holes are scareing the HELL out of those standing at the sidlines, holding off as the force to drill draws near. That door may clsoe in their faces slam bam. As i follow JBs history of discovery, be it Pebble, HOLE in ONE, all of the Big Chunk, Silver Belle East and those of his employment days. IMO JBs discoveries are not to be taken so litely. When JB&BOD explode out of the box onto the scene IMO the haysayers will all have egg all over their pretty faces. JB with the new members added to the BOD are an unstoppable "LOCOMOTIVE" ! They will get financing, they will be the "little train that could"! After about 2 "HOLES", i proclaim they will become known as the "LITTTLE TRAIN THAT IS". I do not give JB all the credit going ahead, credit is fully due to the "NEW" re-organization of JB&BOD. Mind you this is what i believe only my fully vested opinion.
