I guess the company can tell us that they are having trouble finding financing for the january target or they could tell us they have the money lined up for drilling. So I guess there is pending news as you guys keep saying. The first scenario I mentioned is more likely in my opinion because we have not seen any filings (which they are allowed and required to do, even in a "quiet period"). Also the S1 has been withdrawn. Lets hope they make a miracle.
