This looks to me that JB&BOD kinda have milked the silent period being under the SEC umbrella santion of silence. Unless i am on another planet agin, then using the silence for camo to accompolish some strategic moves on the chess board whilst not needing to tip their hands (next move/s). OK looking at various permits from AZ including permitting, obviously as the S-1 tells us that. Why would we want to stay silent? Remember back when JB announced that the HM claims were in PLAY? Next thing we know claimstakers moved into the area surrounding LBSR claims areas. Agin the Golden Rule in mining "Silence is Golden". If one isnt convinced about silence when working claims or staking them read the book "Yukon Gold". Guess what they still do the same thing today and its first to the claims office that wins. IMO, any CEO&BOD that are smart enough to use the SEC rule for silence of their activities has my best admiration for their ability to manuver and manipulate events to their favor.
