Is this normal business? I believe this is the seconded amended S-1. We could be looking now at March 24 or beyond. Could this action be purposeful on LBSR's part? If they have no news, keep doing slight admendments until news comes (i.e.funding, permits etc.).

If this goes to 24th of March...would almost be 5 months of silence and over that since last NR!
