In your NR from March 17 you stated:

"Liberty Star was required to pay plant/vegetation restoration fees prior to ASLD approval.'

Could you please share: (if this can be made public)

(1) What was the amount of these fees?

(2) When were they finally paid?

In my opinion, the payment of fees, in order to receive ASLD approval is a very positive sign.

I believe I speak for many long-time LBSR shareholders, when I say that we too, are pleased that WE have finally received ASLD approval to go ahead with the Hay Mountain project. Thank you for any information you can offer.
