I now always associate Red Buttons with his role in the movie The Longest Day, where he played the sort of lucky paratrooper who was dropped into St. Mere Eglis (sp?), got snagged on a church steeple & then played dead. In real life, that guy survived, but I think he had serious hearing problems from hanging there next to the church bells. Anyway, that video sounds interesting and I will watch it.
