Note that West Coast real estate markets are going ape-shit now. I just read of a Vancouver home on a 44 x 110 lot, older but remodeled, selling for a million dollars over the asking price. Some parts of the San Francisco Bay Area are seeing annualized price increases exceeding 100 percent. LA too, and with San Diego under pressure. Denver is nuts, and Phoenix is warming. ...trend moving east. Watch out!
