I would like to give you about 10 likes for that post. Also in the making of fabric 1 consideration imo looms in that the long term uptake for project creation to production. The hohum part of getting the right PARD/JV from out the gate. Something like positioning for the Triple Crown with a horse that you know can do it but the air of doubt seems to weigh more than good geological reasonings. IMO a JR with good bankability should be the PARD/JV as Pretium was one such project that did the growth thing by the plow and Seabridge as well growing by the plow. So it resonates to me that it is the times we are yet enduring and that "Optamisim" is a rare commodity in this environment.

Homebrew would taste good so imo the 2 mil first then the bigger bite (in this environ) just as PVG & SA made it happen so to JB&BOD/LBSR just need to see the door open a crack, just a crack and begin the steps like those two companies have been doing. I've bought and sold lots of SA and am not promoting her but rather the methodology by which SHE/(they-pvg) has arrived at the point at their present time, very well along in their project/s! Biggest element in their success factoid IMO was selling the Banks, Insurance companies and other Major investors to their ongoing success. Should HM be realized to be the MONSTER that all of the GEO work shows then LBSR will have the same type of interesting KNOCKING on their doors, ringing their phones, emailing JB&BOD. but, but, we are not their just yet (?)!
