Chinese have planned far out ahead of their growth to meet their supply, , my thoughts are toward their self serving plan, which for them is a good plan. However in the long run the Global demands for production are gaining rapidly, (if one is to believe the consumption charts), poit is that China's continuing growth plays into the Metals growth chart perfectly, and not relating to the PPT, just the consumption aspect and that will drive the MKT, demanding Jr's to get back in the field and discover the needed supply side shortfalls as time passes. So yes China by their wise planning can get the goods yet creat a shortfall for the Globe to which they are already getting onto the jogging path.
