No. That said, I think just about anyone will agree that an annoucement about the beginning of drilling will cause the price to rise, and likely by multiples. I'm also thinking that if Niton readings are good, AND if they are shared as they are recieived, prices will continue rising as long as good reports contiune. Should this be the case, it will draw whatever further invest funds may be needed for the Phase 1 program, but at what may perhaps become higher offer prices for the private placements. In other words, there is nothing to prevent the company from withdrawing unsold units, and issuing another private placement offering at higher prices, but that's a board decision, so I'm only guessing. ...makes sense to me though.
