Disagree:

"This will be done,..…...." "….... At least in part, ....." "..…...by our planned drilling ....."

I have known Briscoe to drop hints without going far out on a limb. Scepticism and such is easy, but if you let the words mean what they say in plain english, we are being told, perhaps, that the minimumn amount of money to get the drill on site and turning is 'identified' pending detail wrap - up. If such were the case, some fence-sitting sceptics might step up.

That's how I read it, and I don't think that's reading much 'into' it.

Terms aside, this PP was conceived, in part, as an opportunity for the loyal. You can lead.a horse to water, but ......
