If I remember right, when the PP was announced, the drilling company was said to be available and ready to get started. Now, 2+ months later, they most likely have moved on to other jobs. By the time we get to the point of having enough money to begin, whatever that amount turns out to be, we may have to wait for the drilling company to put us on their schedule. Hopefully they will not be committed long-term to another job.
