I agree and I also agree with Leif that it would be much better for the company if the scale of the investment was multiple millions. I think I was using $150,000 as a sample amount was because, a couple days ago, I was talking to a guy I know that I had not talked to in two years. He is a businessman, owns one now and has owned one in a different field before. He's also a sophisticated investor in land, stocks, etc. I was telling him about LBSR and referenced the PPs, telling him the company could start drilling with $150,000. (maybe $200,000). His response, "Dude, do you know small an amount $150 grand is?" That's what puzzles me. I am 100% certain that if I had, let's say, $7 million in assets, I would do the $150,000-$200,000 PP with the side buying of shares. 100% sure. So I feel like eventually someone who does have this kind of money for a very modest amount, would look at the risk/reward and do a PP.
