EMX is the only other explorer having ground in the area.  They have ground previously passed over by JB.  In any event, ASARCO is the only logical developer, so I can't see that EMX having ground in the area is all that important. 

Not only that, EMX does not have offices in Tucson or Phoenix, their headquarters is in Vancouver.  JB said the interest was from Tucson and Phoenix areas.
