been a while since I lurked around here, glad I got out when I did. Couldn't resist this low price and the quite buzz I'm hearing. Decided to jump back in. Let's hope we can all get back to the joy of 2010. 

I couldn't help but laugh to see the same people on the other board posting the same things as they were two years ago (last I was here) it's almost like they lost a couple hindered grand and are still bitter about it... I'm rude, I'll stop. 

anybody so kind as to fill me in on anything significant over last couple years. Is Tracy still with the company? Permits complete? Just waiting on funding?
