I don't like it. Supposedly we are not many dollars away from drills at HM, yet after how many years there's a near-term possibility to move on E. Silverbell? And that may be more 'Temporally' viable? Would THAT take an act of Congress?   The only way I could find that plausible is if there has been a mothballed agreement for E. Silverbell that still exists.

I don't like the idea that perhaps the near term objective is changed(ing) unless it is and it would bear fruit right away.
