I have to agree. HM is, as far as I am aware- drill ready- and probably a richer target than SB as well. (Unless there is an impediment about which we are unaware. The obvious impediment that we are aware of is funding of course- or lack thereof- but that would, I assume, apply equally to SB) Why divert effort, energy, attention and, potentially, funds to embark on a drawn out fight just to get a point where maybe it might  just be possible to proceed at SB- just maybe- and after that potentially protracted fight and process- just to get to the point where we already are at HM. It's like- after a protracted treck- finally climbing up a ridge and at last looking down at the Promised Land- but then, instead of proceeding down into the valley- deciding instead- Naw- I think I'll turn around and go the other way. Or- to use yet another metaphor- it's time to pull the trigger at HM. We may not have much ammo- but lets use what we have in a target rich environment. I could go on- but I hope I've clearly expressed my feeling that while a struggle against the Federal Powers that be might be politically or idealistically satisfying- I'd rather see us concentrate on the more mundane task of . . . getting those drills turning at HM.
