Maybe it's the wrong game, but I always want more cards in my hand, more options on the board...Sometimes you do have to set up a play with some out of character moves before the flea flicker.  Reaching into the unknown (risk/reward) is what exploration and metals is all about.  SB, while maybe a quirky management move, might be a relatively easy  chance to add assets to the bottom line...put a little lipstick on this pig...for some prospective almost suitors sitting on the fence.  I like what smokinggreen said.
