Not that I would expect it alone to account for the upward move and volume- but it can't hurt that Cu is of late making a nice move upward. I well know short term Cu movement is volatile and reflects transient pressures such as currency values, short term production glitches (i.e. strikes and mine closures) and such and that the long term trend- which should be upward because of the balance of good old supply and demand- is what is important. But it is still nice to see.
