There was a short news relase (Dow Jones) carried on my TDAmeritrade account page about a list of the largest shareholders in LBSR for the quarter ending June 30, 2017, according to Factset Research Systems. It stated: Please send questions to ownership@factset.com

Maybe that is what caused the spike? Just my opinion.
