There is no telling when we will hear from Department of Interior on the possible repeal of the Ironwood National Monument, which is effecting LBSRs East Silverbell project.  ...could be this afternoon, or sometime just before the next national election. 

I would expect a decision to return the area to mere national forest status will result in the LBSR share price advancing by a factor of around 3 times on this news alone.  That may set up further demand for the stock based on specutation that news on some sort of partnership will soon follow.

I am not predicting anything here, just positing hypotheticals to logical conclusions.
