Just off the cuff "I" do recall that it was mentioned that JB and NAK were far apart in/on a deal as in my words not theirs (my interpertation) NAK wanted too much out of JB&BOD and the off the cuff is my assumption by reading between the lines and at that time JB had issues to finish up with NAk to my best recall. AIMHO!
