Agreed! LBSR is already in the middle of this and rightly so. Silver Bell IS part of the LBSR value and portfolio. Even sold off it could provide serious funds, though I am not advocating that. This is a present Federal appeal issue and no time to be wimpy. It does not take heavy legal expenses to do this much. It is the Fed's and Arizona that have to justify and defend the decision. The environmentalists have little to stand on with the original reasons never true. JB knows this territory and political scene so I trust his judgment to press the issue.

Separately, I appreciate the many times and lengthy explanations that HQ have given on why things have taken so long and their status. The answers are reasonable given the recession and mining economic situation where all of this industry have sufferred.
