Back in the days of the 13 sites located up in S.W. Alaska, JB kept hush hush until the day the JV was presented from HDI/NAK.  JB is not one to boast niether is Tracy, so imo, we are in for a merger of the "minds". So if that does work out we should be seeing the lites turn green and engines reving up.  As VP mentioned earlier, move cautiously here.  I say dont draw any conclusions to ultimatum.  IMO things will fall into place, I just dont have a timestamp in my "rolodex" as to the specific timeframe, but i'd say it is closer than further away these days.  All in my humble opine!
