Ah! The vagaries of live radio. While we are glad to get our story out for free when we can, there is always a price. In this case Jim had to work with an interviewer who, while very experienced, did not do his homework regarding Liberty Star or our projects. Also, there is a lot of information in the ads that I hope listeners know we had nothing to do with and are not connected to.

A couple of facts to make clear: neither Jim nor JABA ( a Canadian company) nor JABA (US) went bankrupt. The Canadian company, JABA ceased operations, while JABA (US) joint ventured its properties with Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp, when Liberty Star came alongIf Liberty Star gets these Silverbell properties returned it will be a gigantic opportunity for all the shareholders of Liberty Star and for JABA(US) Inc.

With opportunity perhaps renewed at East Silverbell, it is in the shareholders' best interest that we investigate and promote the possibilities there, but the Hay Mountain Project remains our main focus right now. We hope to have positive news on that front soon.   Tracy Myers, IR Rep.

Here is the information we provided the Hancock radio staff:
