Continuing with important news from southeast Arizona. Excelsior Mining has announced that the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) has confirmed that the mandated 30-day appeal period has ended without appeal for Excelsior’s Aquifer Protection Permit (“APP”) for the Gunnison Copper Project.

This is an important requirement allowing Excelsior to move toward completing the goal of accomplishing the entire state permitting process for the Gunnison Copper Project within a two-year timeframe.......
